  No problems at all! No upcharges that some other companies try to get you to pay once they show up. I have had to turn other pumping companies away once they arrived and start talking “ oh we have to use an extra section of hose” or your filter is no good and needs replaced with a different colored one.  I’ve called their offices and had them explain to me. The difference is in the filters and ask him what’s wrong with the one that I have and the end result is the one I have is fine. It’s over 20 years old and still works great It’s nice to get what you expected to get and what you were told when you called to make the appointment. I’ve been in this home for 24+ years and get my tank pumped regularly Thank you Central Septic.

  I wanted to take a moment and commend several of their service members that assisted me at the Speedway in Stone Mountain Road this past Thursday, in which my SUV didn’t want to start. They went above and beyond in moving their vehicles with attached equipment to assist me. Thank you, thank you !!! It turned out to be my alternator after all.   I rarely write reviews, but Central Septic & Plumbing absolutely deserves one. When I started calling around for quotes to have my drain field pipes replaced, I was shocked by the prices some of the larger companies were charging. The estimates were astronomical. Then I contacted Central Septic & Plumbing, and honestly, my jaw dropped when I received their quote. The price difference was huge. What impressed me most was that the owner genuinely cares about providing fair and honest pricing. When you’re dealing with septic or plumbing issues, you’re already stressed, and it can feel like some companies are more interested in taking advantage of the situation than helping the customer. That was not my experience with Central Septic & Plumbing. They installed my drain field pipes yesterday, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. The crew was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in their work. They completed the job efficiently and left me feeling confident that everything was done correctly. If you’re looking for affordable, honest, and reliable septic services, I highly recommend Central Septic & Plumbing. In my opinion, they offer some of the best rates in Gwinnett County.
